- 1 Cup Chopped Ladiesfinger
- 1/2 Cup Diced Potato
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder(Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/8 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and allow it to crackle
Add asafoetida, chopped ladies finger, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander seed powder and mix all ingredients
Cover and cook
Add salt, boiled diced potato, dry mango powder and mix well
Serve with chapatti
