- 3/4 Cup Ladies Finger(Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Coconut(Grated)
- 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli(Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 4 No. Curry Leaves
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
Add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chilli, curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder, chopped ladies finger & stir well and add lemon juice and mix. Cover and cook
Add salt and mix well, cover the lid & cook and grated coconut
Serve with chapati
