Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Grated Bottle Gourd
  • 2 Tbsp Arrow Root Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seeds (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl add grated bottle gourd, salt, dhania seeds, arrowroot flour, mix well and make small balls

  • Step 2

    In a pan heat some oil for frying

  • Step 3

    Once the oil is hot add the prepared balls and deep fry them till golden brown

  • Step 4

    Serve hot
