This low carb, antioxidant rich recipe is a perfect lunch and dinner main course dish. The recipe goes perfectly with rice or roti.


  • 1/4 Cup Paneer(Cube)
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Corn(Boiled)
  • 1/4 Cup Red Capsicum(Diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Yellow Capsicum(Diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Green Capsicum(Diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Onion(Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Tomato(Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger(Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic(Chopped)
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seed Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water


Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil sweet corn

  • Step 1

    Heat oil on a low flame in a frying pan

  • Step 2

    Saute cumin seeds, chopped ginger and chopped garlic

  • Step 3

    Once the garlic is cooked, add chopped onion and chopped tomato

  • Step 4

    Once the tomatoes are softened, and onions turn transparent, add and mix turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander seed powder

  • Step 5

    Once the masalas are evenly mixed, add diced green capsicum, diced red capsicum, diced yellow capsicum, boiled corn, paneer cubes and salt

  • Step 6

    After sautéing it well stir in little water & cover

  • Step 7

    Cook for a few minutes, until the desired consistency is obtained

  • Step 8

    Garnish with coriander leaves

  • Step 9

    Serve hot with chapati or rice
