Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp Finger Millet Flour (Ragi)
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Violet Cabbage
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Mint (Pudina)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seed Powder (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl add ragi flour, oil, grated violet cabbage, cumin powder, salt, red chilly powder and chopped mint leaves

  • Step 2

    Mix well and add water as required to knead the dough

  • Step 3

    Take a small portion and roll into a paratha

  • Step 4

    Heat a flat pan and roast the paratha from both the sides using ghee

  • Step 5

    Serve with curd/ chutney
