  • 1/2 Cup Cabbage(Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Carrot(Grated)
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato(Chopped)
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seed Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

For Making Cabbage Carrot Bhaji
  • Step 1

    In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped tomato, dry red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander seed powder, salt. Saute well

  • Step 2

    Add chopped cabbage, chopped coriander leaves, grated carrot. Mix well

  • Step 3

    Serve with chapati. Enjoy
