- 3 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Soak Soya chunks in hot water
In a kadhai, heat oil, rai, jeera, chopped onion, chopped green chili, and ginger garlic paste. Mix well till the onion are translucent
To this mixture, add chopped tomato and saute well
Now add haldi, red chilly powder, garam masala, dhania powder, and water and mix well
Add the soaked soya chunks, salt, and chopped coriander leaves and mix well
To Improve Bone Health, Add a Tsp of Calcium Rich White Sesame Seeds
