  • 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat ghee in a kadai, add rai, kadi patta, black pepper powder, tamarind pulp, hing, rasam powder, water and simmer it

  • Step 2

    Add coriander leaves and salt

  • Step 3

    Serve it hot with rice
