Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Soya Chunks
  • 1/8 Cup Diced Green Capsicum
  • 1.5 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak soya chunks in hot water

  • Step 2

    Mix corn flour with water and salt to make a paste

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, add oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, saute till it is aromatic

  • Step 2

    Add soaked soya chunks, diced green capsicum and saute well

  • Step 3

    Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilly sauce, tomato ketchup, water, cornflour paste, chopped spring onion and mix well

  • Step 4

    Serve hot
