Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Amaranth Leaves(Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Coconut(Grated)
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic(Chopped)
  • 1 Medium Green Chilli
  • 5 No. Curry Leaves
  • 1 No. Red Chilly
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a kadhai, heat oil and add 1mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilly, chopped garlic, green chilli, turmeric powder and chopped red amaranth leaves. Saute well. Cover & cook

  • Step 2

    To this mixture, add grated fresh coconut and salt. Mix well

  • Step 3

    Take it off the flame and serve hot
