Ingredients

  • 1/3 Diced Cup Onion, big
  • 1/3 Diced Cup Tomato
  • 6 Number Garlic
  • 1.5 Tsp Dhania Seeds
  • 2 Chopped Tsp Red Chilli
  • 2 Chopped Tsp Green Chilli
  • 1/2 Diced Cup Green Capsicum
  • 1/2 Chopped Tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Rai
  • 1/4 Tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 Tsp Haldi
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Oil
  • 100 ml Water

Method

For Puree
  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a frying pan, add cloves of garlic, dhania, chopped red and green chilli

  • Step 2

    Sauté and further add diced onion, tomato, salt, a little water, cover and allow it to cook

  • Step 3

    Once cooked, take off the flame, blend to get a puree like consistency and keep aside

For Capsicum Gravy
  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a fresh frying pan at a low flame, add rai, jeera and sauté

  • Step 2

    Once jeera starts crackling, add diced capsicum, previously made base puree, salt, haldi and coriander leaves

  • Step 3

    Pouring in a little water allow it to cook

  • Step 4

    Once cooked, take off the flame and serve hot with chapatti or rice
