  • 3/4 Cup Cow Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Macaroni
  • 2 Tbsp Maida
  • 2 Grated Tbsp Cheese, NFS
  • 1 Chopped Tbsp Parsley
  • 1 Powder Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Chopped Tsp Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Butter, salted
  • 30 ml Water

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil macaroni

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, add butter, chopped garlic and saute well

  • Step 2

    Then add maida, milk and mix well

  • Step 3

    Add some water if the sauce is too thick

  • Step 4

    Continue adding grated cheese, cooked macaroni, black pepper powder, salt and mix well

  • Step 5

    Now, add chopped parsley and saute well

  • Step 6

    Cook it for few minutes and delicious cheese macaroni is ready to serve hot
