  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Radish
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Radish Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion, Big
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    in a kadhai, heat oil, jeera and allow to crackle

  • Step 2

    Add chopped garlic, grated ginger, and chopped onion. Saute till golden brown

  • Step 3

    Add chopped tomato, haldi, salt, and water as required and mix well

  • Step 4

    Add chopped green chili, chopped radish with chopped leaves, and mix well

  • Step 5

    Add water as required

  • Step 6

    Cover & cook on medium flame till done

  • Step 7

    Serve hot with chapatti
