  • 1 No. Whole Egg
  • 1.5 Tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn
  • 1.5 Tbsp Chopped Spinach (Palak)
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take sweet corn, boil it and keep aside

  • Step 2

    Take a mixing bowl and break an egg in it

  • Step 3

    Add chopped spinach, previously boiled sweet corn, chopped green chillies, salt, black pepper and whisk it

  • Step 4

    Take a frying pan, heat oil and pour the egg mixture making sure it is spread evenly across the pan

  • Step 5

    Cook on one side, flip and allow it to cook on the other side.

  • Step 6

    Serve fresh and hot
