  • 2 Tsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Green Capsicum
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Carrot
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, break an egg, add chopped onion, chopped green capsicum, grated carrot, chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves, black pepper powder, salt, chopped green chilli and beat it well

  • Step 2

    Heat oil in a frying pan

  • Step 3

    Pour the omelet mixture

  • Step 4

    Cook the omelette from both the sides and remove it

  • Step 5

    Serve with a glass milk
