  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Carrot
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 Tbsp Boiled Peas
  • 1 Tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan add oil and add cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, chopped onions, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Saute well

  • Step 2

    Then add boiled corn,chopped capsicum, boiled peas, chopped carrot and mix well

  • Step 3

    Crack egg. Scramble it well

  • Step 4

    Garnish it with grated cheese and then mix it

  • Step 5

    Serve hot with chapatis and tomato ketchup
