Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Rice
  • 1 no. Egg
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Spring onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Wash and cook rice and keep aside

    Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, onion and stir till light brown

  • Step 2

    Add egg to this mixture and scramble it well

  • Step 3

    Spice it up with haldi and red chilli powder and stir well

  • Step 4

    Then add tomato, cooked rice and mix again

  • Step 5

    Sprinkle salt and spring onions and saute well

  • Step 6

    Serve hot garnished with spring onion
