Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Onion
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Red Chilly
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seeds (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 2 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • 2 No. Garlic
  • 1/4 No. Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water
  • 1 Number Boiled Poultry Egg

Method

For Puree
  • Step 1

    in a frying pan, heat oil, add cloves of garlic, dhania seeds, chopped red chilly and chopped green chilli & saute well

  • Step 2

    Now add diced onion, salt , diced tomato, add little water, cover and allow it to cook

  • Step 3

    Once cooked, take out of the flame, blend to get a puree

  • Step 4

    like consistency and keep aside

For Egg Curry
  • Step 1

    In Frying Pan, heat oil, add jeera, kadi patta, bay leaf, puree, salt, haldi and dhania powder

  • Step 2

    Add a little water and further add eggs sliced through the middle and mix it properly

  • Step 3

    Once cooked, turn off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl

  • Step 4

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 5

    Serve hot with chapatti
