  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl crack whole egg, chopped olives, chopped onion, salt, black pepper powder, grated cheese, chopped coriander leaves and mix well all the ingredients

  • Step 2

    In a heated pan add oil and pour the prepared mixture into it

  • Step 3

    Spread it well on the pan and roast evenly on both sides

  • Step 4

    Serve it hot with bread
