- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 No. Red Chilly
- 1/4 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Nigella Seeds (Kalonji)
- 1/4 Tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seds (Rai)
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Mustard Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Take kalonji, saunf, methi seeds, rai and jeera. Mix well and make a mixture of panch phoran masala

Take a thick bottom pan and heat mustard oil, add the panch phoran masala and mix well
Step 2
Add hing, red chilli, chopped potato and saute well
Step 3
Then add salt, red chilli powder, haldi, coriander powder and mix well
Step 4
Add water, cover and cook
Step 5
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice
