Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra)
  • 1 Tbsp Boiled Mashed Potato
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

For Mixture
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, add bajra flour, boiled & chopped potato, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chili, black pepper powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves, water, oil & knead the dough

  • Step 2

    Dust the rolling pin with little flour, roll the dough into paratha

For Roasting
  • Step 1

    Put the paratha on tawa, apply ghee on & sides of it

  • Step 2

    Flip & cook both sides evenly

  • Step 3

    Serve hot with curd
