Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Chopped Spinach (Palak)
  • 2 Tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tsp Cream
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Blanch chopped palak and blend into a puree and Keep aside

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a kadhai heat oil, jeera, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and mix well

  • Step 2

    When they turn golden brown, add chopped green chilli, chopped onion and saute well

  • Step 3

    Then add palak puree, boiled sweet corn, red chilly powder, dhania powder, salt and mix well

  • Step 4

    Finally add cream and mx again

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
