  • 1/4 Cup Peanuts
  • 1/4 Cup Julienne Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Peanuts Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil Peanuts

  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a frying pan, add julienne onion and sauté well

  • Step 2

    Once the onions turn transparent, add haldi, red chilly powder, dhania powder and mix well

  • Step 3

    Further, add peanut powder, mix and pour in a little water

  • Step 4

    Add the previously boiled peanuts, salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix well

  • Step 5

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 6

    Serve hot with chapatti
