  • 2 tbsp Rice
  • 1 tbsp Whole Green Gram (Moong)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Clarified Butter(Ghee)
  • As Required Water

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Wash and boil rice and keep aside

  • Step 2

    Boil green gram dal and keep aside

    Take a small pan and heat ghee

  • Step 2

    Add mustard seeds, chopped garlic, asafoetida, chopped onion, turmeric powder and mix well

  • Step 3

    Once mixed, add boiled green gram dal, cooked rice, salt and mix well

  • Step 4

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
