  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped French Beans
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Carrot
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Green Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Boiled Peas
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat Kadhai, add oil, onion, tomato, ginger garlic

  • Step 2

    paste and saute well

  • Step 3

    Now add red chilly powder, haldi, garam masala, salt,

  • Step 4

    cauliflower, peas, french beans, carrot and saute well

  • Step 5

    Add water, coriander leaves and stir well

  • Step 6

    Serve hot with roti or paratha.
