- 2 tsp Jaggery (powder)
- 1 tsp Basil Seeds
- 1/8 tsp Cumin Seed powder
- 1/8 tsp Black Salt
- As Required Water
Pressure cook chopped raw mango
Soak basil seeds
In a blender jar, add cooked raw mango pulp, grated beetroot, jaggery powder, cumin seed powder, black salt
Add mango water and blend again to get the desired consistency
Garnish with soaked basil seeds
Add ice cubes and serve chilled
