  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1.25 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water
For Bengal Gram Dal Soaked
  • 2 Tbsp Bengal Gram Dal (Chana)
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak chana dal, boil, grind coarsely and keep aside

Preparation

    In a mixing bowl, take previously cooked chana dal paste, green chilli paste, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, jeera powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 2

    Add required amount of water and mix well

  • Step 3

    Heat oil on a nonstick frypan at a low flame

  • Step 4

    Take a scoopful of the batter, put it in the pan and spread equally to form a pancake

  • Step 5

    Cover and allow it to cook, flip and make sure both sides are browned well

  • Step 6

    Serve fresh and hot
