- 2.5 Tbsp Finger Millet Flour (Ragi)
- 1 Tbsp Jaggery Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Coconut
- 1/8 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
- 1/2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take ragi flour, jaggery powder, elaichi powder, chopped coconut, and our in a little water and mix properly, making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed in the batter. Keep aside
Step 2
Heat a nonstick frypan at a low flame.
Step 3
Pour the batter on the pan and spread evenly to form a pancake
Step 4
Apply oil and spread it evenly
Step 5
Flip and make sure both sides are browned well
Step 6
Garnish with bananas and chocolate sauce
Step 7
Serve fresh and hot
