For Rava Uttapam
  • 2 Tbsp Semolina (Suji)
  • 1 Tbsp Curd
  • 1 Tsp Rice Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Fresh Coconut
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water
For Tadka
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Gram (Urad Dal)
  • 4 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • 1/8 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/8 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil


  • Step 2

    In a bowl, add suji, rice flour, curd, salt, chopped coriander leaves, grated fresh coconut and water to make a smooth batter

  • Step 3

    Heat oil in a pan and add rai, black urad dal, jeera, kadi patta let it crackle

  • Step 4

    Add the tempering to batter and mx it well

  • Step 5

    Pour a ladle of the batter on a pan and roast with tsp oil

  • Step 6

    Flip the pancake and cook on the other side

  • Step 7

    Serve it hot
