    Soak & blend rice, urad dal

  • Step 2

    Ferment overnight

    Heat a tawa, pour 1 ladle batter and spread it into a round shape

  • Step 2

    Add ghee and roast

  • Step 3

    Flip the dosa and add remaining ghee again and roast evenly

  • Step 4

    Serve hot
