- 75 Gm Prawns
- 2 Tbsp Rice
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Grated Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Cook rice with water
In a heated pan add oil, prawns, chopped spring onion, grated garlic and salt and toss well
Add black pepper powder, lemon juice and butter
Mix well and allow it to cook
Add cooked rice and coriander leaves on top and mix well
