  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

    Soak and boil chana

    Heat oil in a pan

  • Step 2

    Add jeera, chopped onion and saute

  • Step 3

    Once the jeera starts crackling, add chopped tomato, haldi, dhania powder, red chilli powder, salt and saute

  • Step 4

    Once the oil starts leaving the sides of the oniontomato masala and the tomatoes are softened, mix the previously boiled black chana, mix, cover and allow it to cook

  • Step 5

    Serve hot with chapattis
