- 2 Slices 3" Brown Bread
- 2 No. Boiled Sliced Potato
- 2 No. Sliced Green Capsicum
- 2 No. Boiled Sliced Beet Root
- 2 No. Sliced Cucumber
- 1 No. Sliced Tomato
- 1 No. Sliced Onion
- 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 3 Tsp Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Take slices of bread, place them on a flat surface
Step 2
Spread butter on each slice
Step 3
Place the beetroot slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices, capsicum slices, potato slice and onion slices on one bread slice
Step 4
Sprinkle amchur on top and cover with another slice of bread
Step 5
Apply butter on the toaster and transfer the sandwich on a toaster
Step 6
Toast the sandwich till it turns crispy
Step 7
Serve with ketchup and green chutney
