- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 Tsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
- 2 Tsp French Beans(Chopped)
- 2 Tsp Carrot(Chopped)
- 2 Tsp Arrow Root Flour
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic(Chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger(Chopped)
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper(Powder)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Butter
- As Required Water
Mix arrow root flour with water & make a mixture
Take a pan, add butter, wait till it melts
Then add chopped garlic, chopped ginger and saute them well
Add chopped french beans, chopped carrot, chopped coriander leaves & saute well
Then add the arrow root mixture, required amount of water & mix well
Then add salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice
Increase omega 3 and boost immunity by adding a teaspoon of Flax seeds into the dish
