- 1/2 cup Lotus Seeds (Makhana)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
Heat ghee in a pan at a low flame
Roast makhana till crispy
Add salt for taste
Mix and roast it till it turns light brown and crispy
Serve roasted makhana immediately.
Once they cool down, store roasted makhana in an airtight container.
