Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 4 Tbsp Boiled Potato
  • 4 Tbsp Boiled Beet Root
  • 4 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 4 Tbsp Chopped Cucumber
  • 4 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 4 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 4 Tsp Grated Cheese
  • 4 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

For khakhra
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt, haldi, hing , red chilly powder, jeera, oil and water to knead the dough

  • Step 2

    Roll into roti and roast the khakhra, apply ghee on each side and cook completely on both sides

For open sandwich
  • Step 1

    On the prepared khakhra, spread tomato ketchup

  • Step 2

    Add cucumber, tomato, onion, boil beetroot, boil potato, chaat masala, coriander leaves and cheese

  • Step 3

    A healthy snack is ready to be served
