SevPuri being one of the most loved chaats is made of a crisp deep-fried papdi, topped with a mixture of flavoured chutney (imli chutney and dhaniya chutney), chaat masala, potato mash, onion or chickpeas and sev, which together gives perfectly balanced tongue tickling taste.

Ingredients

For Sev Puri
  • 1/8 Cup Sev
  • 3 Number Papdi
  • 1/8 Boiled Mashed Cup Potato
  • 1/4 Cup Tomato (Chopped )
  • 1/4 Cup Onion (Chopped )
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Mango (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
For Garlic Chutney
  • 1.5 Tbsp Garlic (Chopped )
  • 1.5 Number Red Chilly
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil
For Coriander Chutney
  • 1/8 Cup Coriander (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Tbsp Peanuts
  • 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli (Chopped)
  • 1/8 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • As Required Water

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Make coriander chutney and garlic chutney

    Place papdi on the plate, top it up with boiled potato, chopped onion, chopped tomato, tamarind chutney, coriander chutney and sprinkle sev

  • Step 2

    Garnish with raw mango

  • Step 3

    Sprinkle dry mango powder

  • Step 4

    Serve immediately to enjoy the tangysweet flavours
