  • 2 No. Egg White
  • 2 Tsp Cow Milk
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Tomato
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Green Capsicum
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, take egg white, add chopped green chilli, salt, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, cow milk and whisk well to combine everything together

  • Step 2

    In a pan , add oil and pour in the egg mixture. As eggs set around the edge of skillet, with the spatula, gently push cooked portions toward the centre of skillet

  • Step 3

    Tilt and rotate skillet to allow uncooked egg to flow into empty spaces

  • Step 4

    Cook for a minute, then flip the omelette, cook well from all sides and then slide omelette onto the plate
