Tofu Turnip Sandwich With Brown Bread is a international, vegetarian savoury sandwich that is everybody's favorite.   • 2 Slices 3" Brown Wheat Bread
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Turnip
  • 4 Tbsp Grated Tofu
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Carrot
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt


  • Step 1

    Grate 2 tbsp tofu and keep aside

  • Step 2

    Take a mixing bowl and add the grated tofu, 3 tbsp grated shalgam, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs and mix all the ingredients properly

  • Step 3

    Take the brown wheat bread slices and evenly spread 2 tsp mayonnaise

  • Step 4

    Spread the half of previously made turnip mixture and add 1/8 tsp salt

  • Step 5

    Cover it with the other slice

  • Step 6

    Cut and serve fresh
