- 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
- 4 Tbsp Boiled Potato
- 4 Tbsp Boiled Beet Root
- 4 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 4 Tbsp Chopped Cucumber
- 4 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 4 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 4 Tsp Grated Cheese
- 4 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt, haldi, hing , red chilly powder, jeera, oil and water to knead the dough
Roll into roti and roast the khakhra, apply ghee on each side and cook completely on both sides
For open sandwich
On the prepared khakhra, spread tomato ketchup
Add cucumber, tomato, onion, boil beetroot, boil potato, chaat masala, coriander leaves and cheese
A healthy snack is ready to be served
