Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Potato(Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup French Beans(Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Onion(Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato(Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic(Chopped)
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger(Grated)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a heated pan add oil, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, grated ginger, chopped onion, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt, chopped beans and chopped potato

  • Step 2

    Mix all the ingredients well and add water as required

  • Step 3

    Cover and cook till everything is cooked

  • Step 4

    Serve hot with roti or rice
