  • 2 Tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Khoa
  • 1 Tbsp Semolina (Suji)
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Cashewnut
  • 2 Tsp Sugar Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • For Frying Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

For Stuffing
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, add khoa, chopped cashewnuts, powdered sugar, green elaichi powder and mix well

For Kachori Dough
  • Step 1

    Add wheat flour, suji, oil, a little water and knead the dough

For Kachori
  • Step 1

    Divide the dough into balls

  • Step 2

    Roll the dough, fill the stuffing, fold and seal it

  • Step 3

    Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown

  • Step 4

    Serve it hot
