  • 2 No. Brown Wheat Bread
  • 4 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 3 Tsp Chopped Red Carrot
  • 3 Tsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  • Step 2

    Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and saute well

  • Step 3

    Add chopped carrot, chopped tomato, haldi and mix well

  • Step 4

    Add besan, red chilly powder, salt and mix

  • Step 5

    Add a little water and mix

  • Step 6

    Place bread slice, apply butter and spread the prepared mixture

  • Step 7

    Cover with another slice of bread and toast with butter from both sides

  • Step 8

    Serve hot
