  • 1/2 Cup Diced Red Carrot
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Potato
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • As Required Water

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat butter in a frying pan at a low flame add chopped garlic and saute

  • Step 2

    Once the garlic is slightly browned add diced carrot, diced potato, salt, black pepper powder and then add a little water

  • Step 3

    Cover allowing it to simmer

  • Step 4

    Once cooked, pour the soup in a blender and blend until a soup like consistency is obtained

  • Step 5

    Garnish with black sesame and coriander leaves

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
