  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Apple
  • 1/2 Cup Cow Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
  • 20 No. Black Raisin
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/8 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add powdered sugar, oil and whisk until smooth

  • Step 2

    Add vanilla essence, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix well

  • Step 3

    Now add milk, chopped apple, raisins, chocolate chips, salt and fold slowly until mixed

  • Step 4

    Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 mins

  • Step 5

    Pour the batter into mould and bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 mins
