- 1 Cup Wheat Flour (Whole)
- 6 Tbsp Jaggery Powder
- 1 Tsp Chopped Pistachio (Pista)
- 1 Tsp Chopped Almond
- 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
- 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds (Khas Khas)
- 4 Tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Preparation
Step 1
In a kadhai, heat ghee add wheat flour mix, and roast it well.
Step 2
Remove it off the flame
Step 3
Add green elaichi powder, khas khas, jaggery, and mix it
Step 4
Spread it on a thali sprinkle sliced almonds and pista on it
Step 5
flatten and cut it into pieces
Step 6
Serve
