Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp White Sesame (Til)
  • 3 Tbsp Jaggery Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 2 Tsp Ghee

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat 2 tsp ghee in a frying pan and add 3 tbsp jaggery powder. Stir it continuously till the jaggery melts.

  • Step 2

    Once a thick paste is formed on the pan, add 3 tbsp white til, mix well.

  • Step 3

    Once all the til is evenly covered with the jaggery paste, add 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, you will soon start getting a delicious aroma.

  • Step 4

    Making sure the elaichi powder is adequately mixed with the til, transfer the mixture on a flat surface.

  • Step 5

    Spread the desert evenly on the flat surface with a spatula.

  • Step 6

    Once it has cooled slightly, cut into desirable shape.

  • Step 7

    Serve at room temperature.
