  • 1 cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Croutons
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Butter
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Melt butter in a frying pot at a low flame, add ginger garlic paste and diced tomatoes, cover and allow it to cook

  • Step 2

    Once the tomatoes are slightly softened and cooked, take off the flame and blend to obtain a souplike consistency

  • Step 3

    Put it back on the flame and add a little water along with salt and black pepper powder

  • Step 4

    Cover and allow the soup to simmer

  • Step 5

    Transfer to a serving bowl and add croutons

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
