This soup recipe is a perfect lunch, dinner, evening dish. The recipe goes perfectly with sandwiches or can be served as it is.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Potato(Diced)
  • 1/8 Cup Onion(Diced)
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat butter in a frying pan at a low flame, add diced onion and sauté

  • Step 2

    Once the onions turn slightly transparent, add diced potato and pour in a little water

  • Step 3

    Add salt along with black pepper, mix properly and cook for a few minutes

  • Step 4

    Take off the flame, pour the soup in a blender and blend it till a soup like consistency is obtained

  • Step 5

    Garnish with a coriander leaf

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
