  • 1/4 Cup Diced Pumpkin
  • 1/4 Cup Julienne Onion
  • 1/8 Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 5 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • 1 No. Red Chilly
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Nigella Seeds (Kalonji)
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil diced pumpkin

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a heated pan, add mustard oil, rai, kalonji, red chilly and kadi patta leaves

  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients and saute for 2 minutes

  • Step 3

    To this add julienne onion, chopped tomato, pumpkin and haldi

  • Step 4

    Saute for 2 minutes and add salt, sugar and mix all ingredients well

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
